Baby Room (Nursing room)

We have baby seats (diaper changing rooms) and private rooms for breastfeeding available.

Men may use the baby rooms too, but only women may use the private rooms for breastfeeding.

Baby seats (for diaper changing) and baby chairs are in both men's and women's toilets inside the observatory. Please check the floorplan for the toilet locations.

Wheelchair Rental

Wheelchairs for guests' use are not available, but can be rented at alpa inside Sunshine City. Please see details hereOpen in new window.

AED

An automated external defibrillator (AED) is available for emergencies.

Guide dogs, service dogs, hearing dogs

Guests may be accompanied by guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs, but not by pets.

Smoking Areas

As smoking is not permitted inside the observatory, no smoking area is available.

Coin lockers

Please use the smoking area inside Sunshine City.
Coin lockers are not available in the observatory.
Please use the coin lockers inside the Sunshine City building.
