Important Notice
Group visits can only be arranged on weekdays. Please check the details below and apply through a phone call. Be mindful that we might need to invite guests of the same group to enter at different time intervals, your cooperation is appreciated.

- ※No reservations for visits on weekends (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays)/ during peak seasons.

Reservation can be made 6 months to 1 day in advance.

School group refers to the following academic facilities that fall under Article 1 of the School Education.
- Kindergartens and nursery schools
- Elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools
- International schools (same admission fees for local pupils)
- ※Either one photographer or a nurse (one person only) is free (revised: 2023/11/1)
Konica Minolta Planetarium Manten and Ancient Orient Museum offers free admission for adults up to the same number as accompanied students or preschoolers. For additional adults beyond this number, regular adult group rates apply. - ※No other discounts shall be used under the same reservations of school groups.
- ※No admission fee exemption for any babies and toddlers.
You might use the "School Trip/voluntary study discount coupon" for school trips/ voluntary training group activities (limited to usage in Tokyo). Please call us to make your reservation, download the application form, fill out all the necessary information, and submit it to the ticket box upon your visit.
When your group involves persons with disabilities
Please present the original copy of your Physical Disability Certificate, Mental Disability Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate (“Ainotecho”, “Midorinotecho” etc.) or specific medical expenses (designated incurable diseases) as well as the HOME page of the “MIRAIRO ID” (smartphone application for disabilities). You can check the admission fees onour admission fee page.

You might download and fill out the “exemption form” if you have difficulties presenting it. Please submit the form at our ticket box and settle the admission fees at the observatory ticketing counter on the 60th floor. Or, you may present the HOME page of the “MIRAIRO ID” (smartphone application for disabilities).
Bus terminal usage
If you are coming by bus, you can use the bus terminal inside Sunshine City.

- Usage fees：JPY 900 for every 30 minutes (1 vehicle)／30分
- Size limits： Vehicle height below 3.8m.
- ※By reservation only.
- ※Group visits to the aquarium, observatory, Konica Minolta Planetarium Manten, or Ancient Orient Museum with a reservation are entitled to 2-hour free parking. Please approach us to attain a free-parking stamp.
- ※Our Group Visit Reservation Center can offer up to 2 parking spaces for coaches. When both parking spaces are occupied, only pick up/drop off is allowed.
- ※Our pick-up/drop-off area can accommodate up to 4 coaches.
Please directly approach Sunshine City Bus Terminal instead of the Group Visit Reservation Center if you wish to park your coach only (phone no.) 03-3989-3412 (from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm every day).
Application and reservation flow
Reservation
Please fill out all necessary items on the "Group Visit Application Form" and submit it by FAX for reservation. We are going to reply by FAX (giving a reply on availability). To play safe, please contact us at the number below if you have no reply a few days after your application. Please note that we do not accept bank transfers in advance.
Reservation is accepted up to two days (excluding weekends and holidays) before your visit date.

Site visit
We are glad to offer one free site-check visit for group visitors (by reservation only). Please either fill out the group visit application form or call our Group Visit Reservation Center for reservation.
- TWO free admissions for site check for one group with reservation.
Please apply at least two days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) before the day of the preview. - No free admissions for the 3rd site-check visitor onwards. Walk-in site check visitors (with no reservations) shall pay for their site check visit (general admission fees).
- Kindly be notified that no exemption/ discount can be offered to the parking service and to external parties for the site check. Your understanding is appreciated.
- Please note that there will be charges during the preview for parking fees and anyone unaffiliated with the group (regular price).
- ※No site visit can be arranged on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, during the Golden Week and Obon Summer vacation period as our facilities will be crowded.
