Guests who purchased foods and beverages enjoy priority use of the café area.
Smoking is prohibited in all observatory areas.

The following activities are prohibited.
①Sale/ display of any items without a permit; distribution of flyers, unauthorized gathering, speech, shooting for business purposes, karaoke,trading activities such as goods and novelties, parties, charity activities, climbing up/ hanging at our decors and fences, business activities, and other activities that interrupt our operation.
②Entry of gangsters and their related parties.
③We reserve the right to decline the admission of guests who refused to cooperate/ ask them to leave. No refund shall be provided in these cases.
We (our facilities and operating companies) are not obliged to provide compensation for accidents caused by guests except for those stipulated by laws.
Please follow the instructions from our staff members in case of earthquakes and calamities.
No carry cases/ suitcase storing service.
We reserve the right to approach any of our visitors to stop nuisance.
AEDs are available for emergency use.
Handlebar-style electric wheelchairs (mobility scooters, etc.) may be refused entry for safety reasons..
Shooting
Folding tripods are not prohibited but please be considerate to other visitors. Non-folding tripods, lighting, and reflector boards are strictly prohibited.
Please refrain from occupying any window glasses for a long time for shooting during events and peak hours.
Carrying on foods and beverages
Consumption of carry-on foods and beverages is limited to specified areas from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm on weekdays. Check here for information on those areas.

Wipes and tableware at the café are provided for café guests only.
The following activities are prohibited. Cooking, ordering delivery, throwing away leftovers, using the microwave ovens at our café/ baby room, and washing meal boxes at our restrooms/baby room.
