The panoramic view 251m up from the heart of cosmopolitan Tokyo delivers an abundant open-air experience. With spectacular views at night of tourist hotspots like Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, along with glittering motorways, the observatory is simply for all the nightlife aficionados and pleasure seekers. The night views of Tokyo are certified as a night view heritage of Japan.
Enjoy the weather!
Meet with the magnificent sky with changing colors and iconic architecture from daytime to dusk when weather conditions permit. On rainy days, you might see rare phenomena like “rain pillars”, “angel ladders”, and “lightning” if you were lucky enough! Furthermore, the surreal Diamond Fuji (when the sun sets on the summit of Mt. Fuji, and the full moon rises in the night sky of the city) occurs a couple of times a year- it will be your unforgettable highlight!

The interior is based on white, giving out a clean and calm atmosphere. We have chairs and tables in various shapes fitting various dining styles, whether you are up for looking up at the sky or sitting back with your kid. Besides our lunch menu, we are also pleased to offer exquisite cakes and exclusive original drinks. We’re also family-friendly as we offer baby food as well!
