The nearest stations are "Higashi-Ikebukuro Station" (Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line), about 3 minutes on foot,
"Ikebukuro Station" (JR lines, Tokyo Metro, Seibu Line and Tobu Line), about 8 minutes on foot,
and Higashi-Ikebukuro Yonchome Station (Toden Arakawa Line), about 4 minutes on foot.

Sunshine City is directly connected to the "Higashi Ikebukuro Exit" of the Metropolitan Expressway No. 5. You can also come by Kasuga street or Kawagoe Kaido road.

A Tokyo Metropolitan Bus stop (Ike 86 line, Sunshine City ⇔ Shibuya) is located inside the Sunshine Bus Terminal.
There are also two Kokusai Kogyo bus stops in the vicinity of Sunshine City.

There are car parking areas on the B2 and B3 basements; they are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and have a total capacity of 1,800 cars.

Three pay parking areas for bicycles can be found on the external perimeter of Sunshine City (one of them has spaces for motorbikes).

Yes, we do have parking spaces for motorcoach buses.

Shopping Center alpa will close on specific days in February and September for periodic inspections.

Sunshine City prohibits such acts as unauthorized picture taking and video recording for commercial purposes, as well as posting them on social media (social networking services, etc.). You may take pictures or record videos on the premises of Sunshine City, including its surroundings, or post those pictures or videos on social media only if you follow and agree to the following rules.

From the standpoint of protecting a customer's privacy so that they may comfortably spend their time, please follow and agree to our rules on picture taking and video recording even if you are taking or recording personal pictures or videos.
Furthermore, if you are taking or recording personal pictures or videos, you do not need to tell a staff person beforehand. However, if, for example, you do not follow the rules and are deemed to be engaging in copyright or portrait right infringement, a facilities staff person may say something to you.
Also, due to a facility staff person's decision, you may be asked to stop taking pictures or recording a video. We ask for your understanding.

1. 1. Please take the utmost care so that other customers or facility staff persons do not appear in your pictures or videos during your picture taking or video recording.
2. 2. If another customer appears in your video, please be careful not to upload the video online if the customer in the video can be identified.
3. 3. Please refrain from taking pictures or recording videos by setting up lighting or large equipment.
4. 4. Selling still images you took or videos you recorded to the mass media, etc., is prohibited.
5. 5. Please refrain from taking pictures or recording videos for a long period of time in the same location when the place is crowded or the like.
6. 6. Taking pictures or recording videos to create goods or to sell is prohibited.
7. 7. Recording a video for live-streaming, live broadcasts, etc., is prohibited.
8. 8. The following types of picture taking or video recording or picture or video posting on social media (social networking services, etc.) are prohibited:
   1.  (1) The act is or could be contrary to public policy;
   2.  (2) This facility determines that the act will or could cause a nuisance, inflict losses, or cause damages;
   3.  (3) The act will infringe upon intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademark rights, and the like), portrait rights, or privacy rights;
   4.  (4) The act violates the terms and conditions, etc., of various video sharing websites or social media (social networking services, etc.); or
   5.  (5) This facility determines the act is inappropriate, because, for example, it interferes with our management and administration.
      
      

Regardless of the acts mentioned above, if it is determined that an act is a nuisance to other customers, you may need to stop taking pictures or recording videos. Thus, we ask for your understanding in advance.

Furthermore, disputes between customers because of picture taking or video recording are no concern of this facility. Also, this facility does not provide individual answers to or perform individual checks for a customer regarding video content or consent to video streaming. Thus, we ask for your understanding.
