Sunshine City strictly prohibits the usage or reservation of the various branches of Sky Restaurants for meetings, banquets, receptions, etc., by anti-social forces such as organized crime groups, quasi-organized crime groups, and their members or related parties.

In the event that such a fact is ascertained at the time of reservation or use, please note that you will be asked to suspend usage of the facility immediately and vacate the premises or leave the building.
In addition, please note that you may be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with the cancellation policies of the respective branches of Sky Restaurants in such cases.
